Prior to co-founding the company, he was the President and co-owner of the Related Companies, L.P., a privately held real estate and investment company. Before joining Related in 1985, he was a consultant at McKinsey & Company. Mr. Augenblick was named one of the top 100 collectors in the United States by Art & Antiques magazine. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Harvard Business School.Nancy HarrisonSenior Fine Art Specialist ×Nancy Harrison Nancy Harrison is the Senior Fine Art Specialist and Vice President of Fine Art Asset Management. In 2006, Ms. Harrison joined Emigrant Bank Fine Art Finance, which lends funds to collectors, art dealers, institutions and foundations. In 2009, she helped form its subsidiary, Fine Art Asset Management, which provides appraisal and art/financial consulting services. Prior to joining the company, she was a Senior Vice President at Sotheby’s for 25+ years and later the founder and President of her own art advisory firm. Ms. Harrison is a Certified Appraiser with expertise in valuing Old Masters, Modern, and Contemporary and Emerging Art. Additionally, she is a USPAP-compliant Appraiser (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice), the federally-mandated guidelines endorsed by The Appraisal Foundation (Washington D.C.) and by the U.S. Congress. Ms. Harrison is a past President of the Appraisers Association of America (AAA), the oldest and most prestigious professional organization of personal property appraisers, and is currently a member of its Board of Directors and co-chair of the Development Committee. She is a member of the Association of Professional Art Advisors (APAA) and has been qualified as an Expert Witness on art valuation matters in New York, Pennsylvania, and Federal Tax Court, as well as provided expertise for Florida courts. She is a frequent lecturer and has taught at NYU’s School of Professional Studies. She is a graduate of Vassar College with a BA in Art History and an MA from Hunter College Graduate Division.Emily ThompsonFine Art Specialist ×Emily Thompson Emily Thompson is a certified Fine Art Specialist at Fine Art Asset Management with 18+ years of experience in art market research and valuation. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Thompson was a Senior Fine Art Appraiser at Gurr Johns International, where she valued artworks for the purpose of financial planning, insurance coverage, and litigation support. Ms. Thompson is a Qualified, USPAP-compliant appraiser, and is a Certified Member of the Appraiser’s Association of America (AAA), an Associate Member of the Association of Professional Art Advisors (APAA), and maintains an adjunct faculty position teaching art valuation at the Sotheby’s Institute of Art (SIA). She is a member of the professional organizations ArtTable, POWarts and The Phi Beta Kappa Society of New York. Ms. Thompson graduated cum laude from Hobart and William Smith Colleges with a BA in Art History and holds a MA in Arts Administration from New York University.Stephen DandrowOffice Manager ×Stephen Dandrow Stephen Dandrow is the Office Manager at Emigrant Bank Fine Art Finance and Fine Art Asset Management. Prior to joining in 2017, he was a consultant and developed corporate communications, marketing and PR materials for clients in consulting, technology, fashion, as well as in the arts in which he helped launch and promote an arts center and fine art gallery. Additionally, he has been a researcher and contributing editor for several books on executive communications. Mr. Dandrow graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Corporate Communications and Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The City University of New York and holds a Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults from Cambridge University.
